Founded in 2014, Miss Nori is a leading Israeli women’s fashion brand known for offering stylish, affordable clothing with a fast turnover of new collections. What started as a small boutique has grown into a thriving brand with millions of dollars in annual sales, an engaged loyalty club, and an expanding product line that now includes kids' fashion. Despite its rapid growth, Miss Nori recognized the need to refine its email marketing strategy to better connect with its audience and unlock new revenue opportunities. That’s where we stepped in.

When Miss Nori approached us in June 2023, they faced several critical challenges that were limiting their email marketing potential:

1 — Rebuilding Domain Reputation & Data Optimization
One of our first priorities was safeguarding Miss Nori’s sender reputation. We conducted a safe migration to Klaviyo, focusing on data hygiene by:
- Creating a refined audience segmentation & Implementing strategic data optimization.
- Implementing automations to suppress or remove inactive users, improving deliverability and engagement.

2 — Designing a Cohesive, High-Converting Email Experience
Miss Nori’s old email designs lacked engagement and didn’t align with their brand’s aesthetic. To redefine their visual identity, we:
- We presented several mood boards to shape a clear brand vision that aligns with the client's expectations for the email's look & feel.
- Developed 3 master templates with modular design blocks for each type of email: Campaign, automation, and brand updates.

3 — Implementing Advanced Segmentation & Automated Flows
Once we optimized data and design, we focused on leveraging Klaviyo’s powerful automation tools to personalize Miss Nori’s email marketing:
- Built over nine automated flows, covering welcome emails, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase engagement, and win-back campaigns.
- Introduced precise audience segmentation, allowing Miss Nori to send tailored content that resonates.
- Mapped out strategic content variations for different customer journeys, increasing relevance and conversion rates.
